Suspension setup / Lowering

Should the front always be slightly lower than the back when lowered? And is it like this at standard? I want to lower my car 40mm and want to know how much the torsion bar needs to be lowered at the back? Will 40 at front and 40 at back be best for handling?

Just get the torsion bar lowered to match. After a week or so the springs will settle and the front will be a couple of mm lower. Thatll be best for handling....
