does anyone know what the lowest springs you can use on std shock is and where i can get a set

I'd say apex springs at 40mm. If you have more cash then coilovers which can lower your car about 60-70mm

iv been looking around but i cant find any for a cup

Try K-tec theyv got everything u need pal, iv got -55 springs on my standard shockers an had no problems.
