Suzuki GSXR 1000 Throttle Bodies

These seem to be going very cheap on ebay atm...i know id need to change my manifold...but what size etc would it need changing to allow these to work?

theyre to small would restrict the engine . theryre ok on upto about 1600cc . but any more and its a waste of time .

think its jms are doing a new inlet mani that may be worth a shot

Pretty sure they are 42mm which will be fine for up to 56bhp per cylinder...

Would 58mm bodies do ok? My bike is fitted with 58's and its easy enough to get more for me.

58s? you sure? that's bigger than any ive ever seen on a bike. Too big really, 45-50 is in the optimal range for a clio

Infact im running 62mm ones on my SP Danny.


Anyway on the hunt now i think, late blade 954's should be running about the right size
