swapping ecu's ?????

I have a 2002 renault clio 172 cup and my friend has a 2002 renault clio 172, but his car has a ktec map on it. Is it possible to swap ecu's with him so i can have the map as hes putting his car back to standard, or will my car not run on a non cup ecu ???

no, immobiliser locks the ECU to the car. More hastle that it's worth to unlock it, and they're not directly swapable anyway
