^^ they do an 18mm sway bar for the clio rs. what benefits do these bars offer, reduce understeer? is it also known as anti-roll bar?

You use them to alter the balance of the car. In the simplest tersm, use a thicker one at the front for more understeer, or a thicker rear one for more oversteer.

^^ since fwd tends to understeer, having a rear sway bar will induce a more balanced handling? they do an adjustable sway bar too.
