Taking off door panel!!

Ok with the help of craig i have managed to remove the whole door panel apart from the window winder, the thing just will not come off no matter how much I pull. I wouldnt be surprised if it had been taken off since the car was made (1997) so does anyone have any tips for making this easier?

Have children, mine were always pulling the handles off <bl**dy kids>

Seriously, try to get 2 flat bladed screwdrivers under there (tape them up first to prevent damage) and try to lever it up.
