Tarox brakes

Anyone got Tarox disc and pads and how good are they??

Thinking of buying a set of sport Japan discs and fast road pads for my Clio II.

I had the pads on std discs, thought they worked pretty well, plenty of bite.

Squeaked a bit, but didn't bother me as they worked well.

got them on the back - actually seemed to improve the braking with just the rears. Will be getting some for the fronts once they're a bit lower.

I don't know about discs but I do know that Tarox Fast Road and Track pads are sh*t!

I did one trackday and 1500 miles on a set and there was hardly any pad left on them...and what was there had a huge crack running all the way round the outside.

They need heat to get any kind of bite, but it seems that if you do work them hard to get them hot they just crumble into dust.

Compare that with Ferodo DS2500's, on which I've done 4 trackdays and 18,000 miles - changed them last week and there was 8mm left on each pad.
