TDC Sensor and Idle Control Valve???

I recently had some starting problem with my Clio 172. Battery are quite new.
Can someone tell me where the TDC sensor is? Pic would be welcome.

Also is there any Idle Control Valve in 172? Or ider is same as Idle Control Valve?

crank snesor is ontop of the gearbox next to the engine block

idle control valve is built into the throttle body unit. it is suppost to be a sealed unit but i have sucessfully cleaned them out by spraying liberal ammounts of carb cleaner into them and leaving over night with the butterfly jammed open.
