TDC sensor

Hi guys,

Ive been having a few issues with my clio (03 plate) recently, so decided I would check a few obvious things. I am currently trying to change the TDC sensor, but I cannot get to it? Ive removed the top half of the air filter box but I am not to sure what to do next.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated, thanks .

TDC sensor sits below the thermostat housing and is fixed with 2 screws at the gearbox bellhousing. Bit tight to get there but not a hard job.

Cheers, but I understand where it is. I was just wondering if anyone removed anything else other than the top of the air filter housing to get to it. Sorry probably wasn't very clear.

Nothing else to remove afaik. Maybe you need to break your hands as it is a Renault
