tearing up boxes

does anyone else have a problem with the valva box?????

my motors on 17s superchipped k&n and scorpion pipe + de catted giving about 145 bhp.

its recently making some awful rumbling noises and vibrations through the peddels when driving and a constant whirring noise. Have been told needs a new cog box.

Has this been the case for everyone else ????

help appreciated

ps does anyone know a reasonable price to pay for a recon box and fitting been getting quotes for about £400.

Try A+M in Birmingham - 07929133136, did a good job on my 16v, was going to refurb my box but I am not having the new bottom end put in now.

He only wanted £450 to put in the new bottom end and refurb my gear box.
