TFT none native resolution

Any TFT's that will run in there none native reolutions without going blurry?

Well yes if they letterbox the image (which some do). If it's scaled to fit then it'll always go blurry. Presuming you mean LCD at least.

I have an old 15" TFT/TV. It's max native res is 1024x768, however it CAN be run 1280x1024 without any problems at all! I use it for when I get given someone else's pc to repair.

just i've got a 19" running 1280x1024 but would idearly like to run 1024x768, but it just goes blurry and crap. Was thinking of maybe getting a bigger maybe 21" and run that on 1280x1024 but guessing it will be blurry?

Out of interest, why do you want to run 1024x768 on a 19"?

1. Do you need the frame rates in games?
2. Are you blind?

I ran a 17" LCD at 1280x1024 for ages and found it was perfect. Currently using a Dell 20" widescreen (@1680x1050 native) which has the nice option of letterboxing smaller resolutions if you wish to use them. On a 19" I would expect to run a minimum of 1600x1200.

Cheap 19s use a 1280x1024 panel.

Nah, I'm the same! I have good eyesight, and prefer to have lots of room on the desktop as opposed to 10ft tall writing.

I also like to use Cleartype fonts, and unless you have a nice tight pixel pitch, it looks sh1te!
