finally managed to get down to the DVLA office in reading today to sort out my personalised plate which i have had for months now, lol. anyway everything goes fine down at the offices so i go off to get my plates made up, this goes without any hassle also, then the problem began when they asked if i wanted them to fit it aswell, so i said they mite aswell, save me a job afterall. anyway he goes to the back of the car and the number plate looks like its been riveted in or sumthin.

any ideas anyone on how i can get this number plate off then?

youll have to drill out the middle of the rivets i think.

Use a small drill bit and as said above drill the middle out. should just fall off them.

err if the guy in a garage cant work out how to drill a rivit out then id do it yourself mate, better safe than sorry!!

doh! DIDNT REALIZE IT WAS A SUIT FROM THE DVLA OFFERING TO FIT THEM, NICE OF HIM ANYWAY
