thanks to the stealers, when im driving ALL my dash board switches off...

I had a problem on my car with the fuel injector loom, so i took it to renault to get fixed and they charged me £115, the car started but when i was driving home, whenever i put my wipers on the dashboard completely shuts down:
all the dials read nil, all the lights go off, then when it feels like it it switches back on and all the lights flash on my dash, it has now started doin this randomly, renault say this isnt there fault and it will cost me £558 to fix it :S
any1 had this problem?

I'd complain to Renault UK and get it inspected by another garage to see if they think the problems related. If it is then I'd be surprised if Renault say they won't pay to fix it.

Try cleaning any earth you can find behind dash and in front of the battery
