that last little bit of throlttle travel!

do you all know that last little but of accelerator travel..where it clunks down a tiny bit further..well i thought my car had stopped doing it but the mat got in the road of mine so it wasnt there and wow..the car was much slower! so once id worked out that the mat was in the way i moved it and it does it again now..so much better again!!

ARe you on about the 172/182 bit of extra throttle where it clicks as such?
If so then you dont get any more power the clicy bit is to disengage the crusie etc nothing to do with power.

err...i used to own a saxo..ive had a 172 cup for 10 days now



well..mine certainly sh*ts alot better when it goes down the last wee bit...cruise should disengage as soon as you touch the pedal not when you floor it!

that last little bit is NOTHING to do with more power.....

Its to disengage the "speed limiter" function of the cruise control.

Yep its for the cruise control, no extra petrol is getting thrown in lol!
