hi just bougth a clio 172 and it been lowed 60mm but it doesnt handle cuz of how hard it is really so wat wud be the best lowing drop to have?

There is no best height stock is a very good setup.

Drop it to the floor all you want with cut springs/coilovers but the ride will have to suffer.
