the clio’s back and fixed!

well after 4 months since some **** hit me, my car is now all newly winged, painted, alloyed and 2 new front shockers. After much worry about the painting match, so far - its raining and wet - it doesnt look too bad. Can tell a wee bit on the bumper but ill see once i give her a wash. considering how worried i have always been about matching the silver / blue paint, its pretty good........and i have a new non-scuffed alloy, and nice proper steering with nice solid suspension.

Also, in my boot i have one scuffed alloy to re-furb, and one half decent passenger side shocker (the one that wasnt bent). All in all, its friday and what a coold day to get my car back!!!!!! roll on 5:30 so i can av a drive!!!

just kinda get ur hands down there and push the clips off.....and the grille slides backwards towards engine........... case of try it and see really Rob. oooooo gonna have to find a choon to get my sub dancing on the way home.........the one good thing about ur car being away for a week........getting it back is mint!!!

ok,,,,,,,,,,,, she drives great again having a non bent shocker.......colour match aint too bad but..............on the new wing, just below the side repeater..........i dont know if it just requires more buffing or what but the paint it pretty dull and orange-peel effect...........so will have to bob it back in..cause im a fussy git n its got to be right!! boy i missed my car tho!!! love her again!!! hmmmmm g/f not impressed hehey

well as it stands Brun, it has all still got to go through court, due to him deniying responsibility. But my Direct accident company are dealing with all that, all i have done is signed a form to say that all costs and liability is down to that named driver!!! lol i enjoyed signing that one!!! Will let you know how it goes once they shaft his insurers in court and i get my lost earnings back
