Pod was full of chavs today but it was a great day. I liked the 172 cup on show near the strip. Had bits of yellow on it. I see the racing blue 182 beat that red subaru, i was happy with that
Most 182's i see on the strip got off to a bad start. Best cliosport time i saw was low 15's.

And as for chavvy, so many skagheads.
Some of the "promo" girls looked like they had herpes on their faces.

The dv8 ones that the nuts girls got up on stage were hot though.

@Scattles I saw you in the morning (early) I was right behind you on the ridinsolow stand, saw the sticker and was gonna come over and chat but you were talking to the bloke next to you. (again, a pic in my thread)

You should have come over and had a chat mate, me and a couple of mates (one in the Cream Saxo on pink Zender Turbo's on Hydraulics if you saw it) were originally suppose to be on the Saxperience stand but when we got there didn't realise how far away it was and weren't keen on the grass, so we all decided to go over to the Shone & Shine Paddock and luckily I managed to get a spot over there.

Lol no I didn't in the end. Was itching to get out there but the car needs tracking (camber is a little out) and I have run out of nitrous don't want my first run at the pod to be without the fun stuff so will be whacking it on the track at the next big show there. Got north Weald to look forward to the first week in May! 14.8 last year so with NOS I'm aiming for high 13's .

Where you from davo if you're not too far you should come to north Weald!

Drag action was good - speckys tigra aparently ran a time in the 9s at the end of the day then the head gasket went lol. 613bhp iirc.
Chuckled when a nova went on a the exhaust fell off.

Some nice motors - but some truely terrible ones - promo girls seems to be taken straight from a single mothers/youth offenders unit

There are smart cars there, like some real gems but its just organised poorly I.e. That line of cars next to the strip stands, best seat in the house and they shove a load of tat there.

They should have some stewards making note of the good stands and moving them forward next year and vice versa for the naff clubs

@Cunney - I didn't see a clio on the bodge it stand at all unless you were running at the time I was there.

A purge valve is coming my way soon aswell (need it as I run a braided nitrous line) going to run it out of one of the washer jets at the drag days to get a few people worried .

Out of interest why are you running braided instead of acrylic? You got a bottle heater yet? If so I'd put that above a purge valve, makes a massive difference.

Wasn't in the show area. I was parked in the field on the right as you're walking out of the main entrance.
