Cos they are fed up receiving updates via email from play.com that duke nukem foreverhas been delayed for another 2 months... Oh hang on play.com probably didn't exist in 1997, but since duke nukem forever was announced the company has now become one of the UK's major internet retailers and makes a profit of 10 or 20 million squid a year.

My first order was in 2000, Pitch Black and Starship Troopers on Region 1 DVD, £33.98 (it's still in my order history!) Back then they even refunded you the C&E duty if you ordered something over £18 and got stung...and they only sold DVDs
