The New Wip

Picked up my new car on Saturday :D

2003 Renault Clio Dynamique 1.2 16V
90k miles
Full Service History
Just had its timing belt done.
Auto lights/windscreen wipers etc

Looks imaculate, only a couple of small scratches and drives like new. Would never guess its done 90k

Heres some Pashberry photos. I shall get some other proper ones soon.

Got LED sidelights in, LED numberplate light, CD Changer in the boot.

Putting Bosch Aerotwin wipers on tomorrow and that will be her for a while.

Paid £1700 for her plus my car, which was broken beyond repair :p

Comments and Suggestions welcome

Got a decent camera :p Just so happened I forgot to put the memory card in before I left the house :| FAIL

Yep :p The dealer went crazy when he took my old car for a spin and realised he had just paid for a car with a fucked engine lmao

Looks good from what i can actually see lol, you planning on doing much to it?

Not much at the moment. Don't really want to colour code it as I think the black breaks up the blue a bit. Think i'll just run this one with a few subtle mods and start saving for insurance next year, or even better, start saving for my next car :)

Products used were:
Karcher Powerwasher
Karcher Snow Foam
Cheap Halfords Powerwasher Shampoo
Turtlewax Car Shampoo

Autoglym Fast Glass
Autoglym Clean Wheels
Demon Shine
AutoSmart Tyre Dandy

Not bad for a car with nearly 92,000 miles on it :p

Looks mint that. Would look awesome lowered. They're so high standard, I know it depends on insurance etc though, thats why my 1.2 stayed standard.

Cheers guys.

And yeh it is in great condition for its mileage.

I put some Diadium **sp indicator bulbs in the front today, (sorta blue tinge) instead of the usual silvervisions

I am on the lookout for an RS grille but apart from that, I like it in standard form.

Lowering maybe later on, but as Brett says, it all comes down to insurance on that front.

Looks alot better clean mate ;)

Few insurance friendly mods would be good, painting badges ect.

A little update,

Not done much to the car apart from gave it a good service, Coolant, Oil, Oil Filter, Air Filter, Spark Plugs, HT Leads, Coil Pack. Car runs alot smoother and even got me an extra 2mpg

Apart from that, I've not done anything except wrap my front diamond in Carbon Vinyl and get an HID headlight kit

I like to drive it rather than oggle it tbh, currently on 95,400 miles and it still looks mint
