THE plate for Williams geeks

just noticed

Our current information on F7 RCW estimates it at £699.00 plus £122.32 VAT plus £80.00 DOT fee.
This gives an all inclusive price, on a vehicle, of £901.33

I didnt know the engine was. lol. i thought it was random letter & number - renault clio williams. lol. oh well now i know eh :)

why buy through one of these agenecies when you can buy cheaper direct from the dvla? dvla plates start at like £250 and that includes vat and the £80 registration charge

Wouldnt have been aware of the new release otherwise..

If youre actually interested in these plates you should probably do what Alymac said and go to the DVLA though, will have to wait until they announce a date !

i got it strait away, most people in the know would... but everyone wlse will think your a t**ser. I only think personal plates are good when they relate to the vehicle, always though you look a nob with your name, and with that plat everyone will just think your initials are RCW.

IU used to work for a Personal plate company ( the biggest one ) and they are DOD6Y believe me, its way cheaper to buy direct off the DVLA and they wont stitch you up.

most of the plates you see advertised in mags are not even owned by the company, they are just advertising it for say a grand, when you hand that over they buy it off the DVLA for £250, then charge you a transfer fee etc, easy money.

its not rocket sience ;)

Having an engineering degree if it was rocket science I might have understood it. I think the word GEEKS in the header says it all. Engine numbers really is for anoraks. Ill stick with enjoying the basics i.e. Performance and Handling!!!!

WIL are irish plates, as are the ones with Zs in

eg, MAZ... MBZ...

they also begin with I, so IUI, IJI etc

my mates dad uesd to have NIL 1*** and that was irish,

so really they arent personalised, they are well... irish !

Cool didnt realise, saw them listed as "dateless marks" on one of the sites.

Do you know if any rules apply about changing the apparent age of your car with the irish plates?

i dont know about the irish plates that much, apart from what ive already posted,

id check with the dvla, but i doubt if there is problem as you see loads of cars in the uk with irish plates on, mercs especially (MBZ....)
