Wonder if there is any regs regarding where its posisioned? Ie could it not be mounted near the audio controls on the cowling?? (sp) Still in hands reach etc?

I'll have a gander at yours sometime. Does yours mount from the back so to speak???!?! The connectors can easily be ditched etc. Black wire soldered/heatshrinked(i have some now) etc?

Can even run some much thinner wire to the switches. The load to the horn can then be switched via some small transistorised relays i have

It just doesnt look as fresh as the new one, but thats expected + it has had grubby hands over it on trackdays and when in the garage.

Which boss can i use to suit the new wheel?

Apparantly the momo boss fits ok!, And as for the horn button, watch this space, i have a proper mod in progress, but cant try it out yet, need the car back!!!! Then i will update!
