Thermostat, Coolant temp sensor and coolant change

Hi, I'd like to change the thermostat, coolant temp sensor and coolant. Just wondering if I'm likely to notice any difference once changed? Also is there any advice or info anyone would recommend prior to me getting the above done? Cheers
