I came across this style of photo today and thought I'd try it out... I think they look quite cool. Gonna have to give it a go with proper photoshop and a decent picture. Anyone else had a go/gonn have a go at this?

It may be the s**t attempt I made at it. The pic I stole the idea from looked awesome.

That photo of the vw looks awesome, like the car is bridging the gap between two photos. The thing with yours was underneeth the car the white line faded out what as in this it has a solid end. And like you said need a better photo with a more interesting back drop.

I'm guessing my splitting the image with a white line means the brain receives 2 separate signals instead of 1 combined signal; therefore making the image appear 3D.

Yours actually has more of an effect than the VW!

Fair enough, I personally can't see it, it looks awkward and I can't see past the split in the background.

I do love playing on PS though
