And you're sure the box can't handle the power? MB guaranteed it could handle the power with only 0.5bar, but I know you have the experience, so I believe you.

Maurice also told me about the 200nm warranty, probably warning me to take it easy with the conversion. He has not yet told me of any problems with the box while testing though..

Maybe make your car extremely lightweight ! and your box wo'nt be having as much punnishment !?

clutch is ok for that power, but i would change it personally

since mine has 60+ on it, thinking it will be best to also change the clutch when going for a conversion. Which clutch would be a good replacement ?

yep and with no standing starts and only around 240bhp we rebuild the box every 12-18months

no it can handle the power, but thats only without doing standing starts/not rushing the changes

Unless rebuilding a box every 12-18 months is classed as normal, I would say it can't handle the torque.

Maybe better off slapping a turbokit on a 197, what torque limits has the 6-box?

Helix paddle is the clutch to go for, rubbish in traffic though
