Thinking of getting some spacers

I have standard 172ff wheels and i was thinking of getting some spacers.

Which size should i get 19mm/10mm/6mm or 3mm?

if your cr is lowered at all i wouldnt go with 10mm ones as you might get rubbing as it would take the offset to cup offset 38.5mm anything lower would be better
