Thinking of trading up my 182...

Ive got an 04 plate Clio 182 with cup spoiler & suspension.

Its done 11k - what could I expect for part ex at a dealer?

(Im thinking of trading up to a Leon Cupra R....)

Thats a good price against a CTR, considering youd be moving to a car with a toy steering rack.

I test drove an LCR before buying the 182. Although not driving the LCR any longer than 30 minutes Im really glad I decided to buy what did. Really love the looks of the Leon but it just seemed a bit laid back and a bit effortless for my liking. The 182 seems rawer and edgier, more of a hooligan with a bad attitude.

I agree, LCR is a good family sports car though. (5 doors)

I love the 182 but I just fancy something a bit more refined and with better build quality.

The Civic Type R is an option as well - although I think Im swaying for the Leon. Hopefully Ill get a test drive tomorrow...

As an ex ATR and LCR driver, my preference is for the 182 if you like driving. The LCR certainly lacked soul and whilst fast was just dull. Needs a chip.
