I just brought, a set of Team Dynamic Pro Race 1.2 17inch for £240, only done 3000 Miles. And they come with Toyo Proxes T1r tyres.

Seems quite good- I sold my 16 inch white ones with average tyres for around 200 sobs on the mini forum-
Blacks not my cup of char but it sounds a good deal- check the inner rims for any flat spots caused by potholes
