this laptop any good for COD4...?

Im not that clued up on the ATI cards, but will this laptop spec be able to handle some of the latest games ok? mainly COD4!!

My mate is looking for a gaming laptop at the mo and struggling to find anything decent without spending a fortune!!

hmm it will run it, just not optimally its a hard question to answer really. Some people consider it unplayable unless it's 60fps full AA....but there u go

TBH now is probably the worst time to buy a laptop - theres a shortage of components so prices are likely to be higher than usual...

Also, your better off with intel C2D atm, and the 2600/8600 cards are crap!

so a 512mb HD2600 card isnt going to be suitable for gaming then?

This is the main thing, my mate wants to play COD4 on a laptop, but doesnt wanna spend any more than about £7-800 if possible!
