Thoughts on this Clio

After a cheap track car thought what better than a Clio as loved my 172 cup before I sold up just looking for something cheap and came across this though the name of the dealer puts me of a little haha factor in a belt and dephaser change which it will probably need for £2500 seems good deal

Looks okay that pal, like you say, as most are largely running with over due belts, even at £2500 its still not too bad. Personally I'd opt for a Mk2 RS that's been cherished, the prices have absolutely collapsed, finding a cherished one on here for a good price is as easy as getting your hole at an all women's prison.

I think cars on the forum are generally cost more as there cars people have cherished and taken care of therefore they place higher value on it I imagine a rb 182 with fresh belts and dephaser would probably fetch 3k plus on here.
Infact there's one at the moment for £3500
