Throttle boddie fitting

fitting throttle boddies to the 172. but got a quick question. done a search but crnt find anything.

when i removed the top inlet i noticed a oval shape on the castings poping up into the bottom of the inlet, when the boddies are on this wont be there so what do i do with it?? pic shows what im on about i think. cheers in advance

that just applies vacuum to the carbon canister. leave it as it is

we do as part of our full kit, but not separately. sorry
