throttle body cleaning & garages in Hampshire

So here goes. The throttle body needs cleaning on my Clio. Being the most unhandy person on the planet I can't do it myself without causing considerable harm to both myself, and the car. So cleaning the throttle body, is this a job any garage would be able to do, or am I better off taking it to Renault themselves, or a specialist perhaps.

Which brings me to the second part of my question. Are there any good recommended garages in the Basingstoke/Hampshire area?

Which model of 1.2 16v Clio is it? If it is a Clio 2 with FBW throttle, the TB is under the inlet manifold. Remove airbox for space, then remove the inlet manifold. The TB is under the inlet and can be removed and cleaned. Just make sure you put the vacuum pipe and fuel pipe on the right sections, (as I omitted) and saw my arse!
