Throttle body removal and cleaning guide

Can someone write me a guide, maybe with a few pics on how to remove and clean throttle body on a 1.6 51 plate dynamique? need to clean the throttle body due to poor idleing...

Carb Cleaner, blasted down with the butterflys open...the rest sorted with a cotton buds

The above's ^ seem a lot of messing imo?

Just make sure you don't take the butterflies out... you'll never get them back in again!
