Throttle body valve

just remembered something wondering if it anything to do with my cutting out problem, on idle is the throttle valve suppose to be fully closed, this is on a mk2 172 sport with electronic throttle. cheers ryan

No, as that is the idle control system on the ph2 172.

not sure tbh, enough to allow a fair ammount through, so a noticelbe gap...
