Throwing itself out of gear?!

Hi all.
My car, 1.2 16v dynamique, started this morning throwing itself out of gear. Im not sure if it was because It was very early and I was just driving a bit of a tool (half asleep) and couldn't get it into gear properly maybe? Although never had that trouble before, or If there is something broken / on its way out. It done it about 4 times this morning and I will be driving it later so il see then. Any ideas what It could be? Assuming it wasn't my driving?!

Check the dogbone mount for excess wear.

As above... more than likly the mount.

How would I check this mount? Also is it hard to replace or is that something I could do myself?
