Thumb Grips

Im sure this has been posted 100 million times but my steering wheel is mint bar the thumb grip on the right side :/

Is there anything i can do with it? bar changing the whole steering wheel ?

get some carbon fibre ones? makes it look nicer and they wont wear as much

Where from ? are they from k-tec? as i looked at something on there website and it looked like it glu'd over the standard ones which put me off ?

and im not sure how they are fitted, but IMO they look better than the standard ones and are less likely to wear

my 172 came with carbon thumb grips and it looks to me as though they replace the old rubber ones.
i would guess that you peel the old ones off and clean the area and they fit on using something like self adesive pads.
