Thumb grips

Hi all, has anyone out there tried the replacement thumb grips available on ebay? There are 2 types being sold (not counting the carbon ones) some for £18.99 and some at £39.99, I wondered if they are worth the effort or just go straight for carbon.

£18.99 ones from eBay. They fit fine, although I've not glued them in yet

I bought these ebay ones and jobs a good un! Glueing isn't easy though...they recommended super glue to me, get the glue on and work quickly or it becomes very tricky!:up: I had to peel mine off first attempt as they bonded where I didn't aim to put them due to the glue going off...

I take it you cut off what is left of the old thumb grips and then glue these in there place?
