Ticking from engine after belt change?

So noticed a slight ticking from the engine after the belts have been done. I've booked it back in for Wednesday for them to have a look at it and see what's what. It's a reputable garage that's carried out the work (SWR in Stirling).

I've checked a few threads and folk are pointing towards the dephaser however as its brand new I don't think it's that or could it be?

The ticking is audible on idle and ticks more as you raise the revs. I can't hear it past around 2500rpm. Any thoughts just as a second opinion before I take it in?

They said it was noisy injectors which I've no reason to doubt. It's not the tappets/lifters and not the dephaser. Either way the main thing is it's nothing to worry about really. The car performs really well, doesn't stutter and idles well so I'm not concerned. May stick some Redex through the fuel system and see if they cures it

Mine does exactly the same as yours, before i got my dephaser done thats i could here, once i got that done i like you heard the small ticking noise but on closer inspection it is the injectors as you can hear them doing it.

My injectors are only a year old and bought genuine and still do it.
