time for an upgrade

Car  A number of clios
the 1.6 is getting boring now and now i want to upgrade,
can someone tell me please how much i could pick a decent mk2 phase1 172 up for?? dont realy want a silver one as theres so many about would like a red or black one

You better off lookin on autotrader mate , theres usually loads on there .
 
lol i dont realy want to look till i have the cash, cos ill do the normal thing see one i like and be gutted when it's sold thats why i asked

Mate we've all done that .I saw a new one i wanted only 6 weeks ago , sold my car on autotrader and the one i saw was sold ,lol. Just have a look about , get to know what a good car should look like and what a car thats been hammered looks like . Maybe even take a test drive in a couple .

Just don't jump at the first car you see when you get the cash together cos it looks nice n shiny . Take a mate with ya , cos a second pair of eyes might spot something you've missed when you've already made your mind up its the car for you .

Yeah I'm training MRBILLYUK, commercial exams. 2pm - 7pm a day solid. Sorts of upsets the sleep rhythm!

Fly 2-3 times a month just to keep current on types, actually get up tomorrow, jolly to IOW for lunch! Flew last week to Southend from Brighton in 22 minutes to shop for my birds bday!

So are they guys in the Renault garages , but they don't have a fuckin' clue what they're doin' half the time ,lol.

Not sayin that you don'tknow what your doin' .

Good luck with your car search mate when it comes time to part with your hard earned . If you could stretch to a 182 they're a miles better car than the 172 , ask Cosworth ;) lol
 
Yeah, 5k is a good marker, their value shouldn't drop much below that for a while. I'd be tempted not to pay much extra for different colours, just seems a bit silly to me!

thats kinda wat i did! i thought i wud see how much they were on the sunday, spotted one and blagged my dad to come with me to look at it on the monday, bought it on the friday :D
put my old car up for sale on that friday and had sold it by sunday!

all in all was a very surreal week but havent regretted it :)
 
sorry mate me and blue car dont go every blue car ive had ever bin run into the back off or wiped out by a lorry so i tend to stay away from them now
