Time Lapse stitching software?

What do people use to stitch their time lapses together? Im experimenting with this and haven't got a clue, so open to any suggestions.

Any video creator software will do it. I played about with one on iMovie the other day. But have done them with powerdirector in the past.

My first effort, might try and do a DSLR lapse sometime soon.. it was super easy to change or modify the times of all 900 pictures in a few seconds.
