Timing adjustment

Pretty sure the timing on my car is out by one tooth or so. It runs pretty lumpy and average mpg is not great compared to others.

I also noticed the tell tale tipex marks on the pulleys!!!

How easy/how long would it take to check and adjust if needed, going on the assumption the belts are fine (about 20k old)

Just need to find someone round here who's competent enough to do it.
