Timing Belt advice please

Hi, I have a MK2 172 - Mileage 28K, 53 plate. The last service carried out was at 15k. Do you think it is time to change my timing chain/belt? If not, when do you recommend? The last thing I want is it snapping (again...done it on my 1.2...)
