Renault Clio 2015
I have a quick question for anyone who knows...
I have a 15 plate Clio and it has 56k on the clock and is 3 years old. The manual recommends a change of the cambelt at 60k or 5 years, however my mechanics system says 90k or 6 years. My gut says that it should be changed at 60k but I was wondering if leaving to 90k/6 years will invalid any warranty I have (AA gold warranty). I checked with AA and they said speak to Renault but Renault haven’t been helpful.
Just wondering if I can get away with not dishing out 400+ when I’ve only had the car for a month and doing 20k a year in mileage (all dual carriageway).
