I am about have the timing belt and water pump changed (£280 at local garage)
The price seems about right
My question is.....
I seem to remember the crankshaft oil seal is a little leaky (and I do mean a tiny bit)
How much extra work is it to change the crankshaft oil seal?
And whats the likely cost implications...
The car is old, 2001, but only 80k on the clock and generally in good nick...
And obviously you reach a point of thinking is it worth it.....
Anyway... your comments / advice would be gratefully recieved
