Timing Belt

Can anyone tell me how much it should cost to get the timing belt changed on my 2002 Cliosport 2.0L 172?
I have been quoted over £500 by uncle Arnold Shark.

When should this be changed?

Also one last thing, do you have to get a new remote key fob from Renault or is there anywhere else does them as I need a second key and my first replacement just cost me £143 from good old uncle Shark.

any help is much appreciated as this car is starting to seriously dent my bank balance.

Belt.

Fob is £50 for a blnk £12 or the metal key and about half an hour to program.

Registration docs, proof of ownership and owners ID are a must as well as a company headed letter

^^^^ nice when its time ill see what Yozzasport charge as well (they did my accessory belt) and go from there. It is supposed to be a nightmare!

cup's aren't too bad, as you don't have to remove half the shite you do on a normal 172/182
