Tint spray : help anyone?

  1.2 Dynam & 182FFCup
Ive got some tint spray for my rear lights , however On the can it says to not spray the reflector?

1) where the hell is the reflector?

2) does it matter that much if I spray over it?

Thanks

Sam

MOT may get shitty, although you may get away with it if there lenient or you know someone.

its in the rear light cluster, shine a torch at it or something later tonight and see what reflects, then just mask that bit or something ? i dunno, may look odd. best bet would be just spray it and worry bout mot tbh, worse ways rounds, swap light with a mate for MOT? or do you not know anyone with a clio

Most people I've seen have sprayed the entire thing, is it just the mot that it's gonna be a problem with, or
Might I end up getting stopped by the police?

  soon to be 182 ;)
juat spray them all and when it comes to mot get a small red reflector on the numberplate for a couple of quid, sorted

Look good from a distance, look quite sh*te close up...

Save your money for a different mod IMO.

(like an RS grille hint hint)

iirc the tail light and fog light lenses are reflective.

Just don't do it, it looks cack. All IMO of course.

Tights arent bad but the spray is better, i just covered my rear lights and also did the high level brake light. Got some stick for it lol but i like them.

I've said this before in other threads and I'll say it again. Only the retarded try to make their rear lights darker.

Ever followed a car late in the evening when the suns shining right infront of you? You can barely see their brake lights at the best of times, let alone if the prat infront has sprayed black all over them.

Nah I usually pull the sun visor down :p Aha, but yeah I suppose you're right, but on the other hand, it does make the car look pretty good :D

just buy eu aproved tinted ones if your going to rather than having a rubish finish on them and the fact that theyll be illegal to.

Awesome idea. Not only does tinting them look sh*te, but somebody runs up the arse of your parked car in the dark and drives off, and the insurance tell you to take a f**k to yourself because you have no reflectors on the rear. Brilliant.

hi google fly eyes kit - got them on mine and let 99.9% of light through - i know not to everyones taste but better option than spraying - can be taken off in no time if you dont like. took me about an hour to install remove the light, wrap around heat on and job done. personally i like them as i was after a black and silver theme.
