ive seen a so cald "transparent" but darkish colour spray in halfrauds the other day.... ive always been curiouse on how to 'tint' clusters.... is this it?
instructions on the tin? as far as my knowladge goes you just spray it on lightly...im also aware its illegal and "only for show use" but if the cops don't pull you over then all is good
sounds like the stuff you should use.. i did it to my old corsa.. pretty east actually.
Clean the lights properly, apply a few thin coats of the paint and let dry between coats until you have the desired darkness.. if you have to, sand the lights with a wet fine sandpaper, clean them again with sugar water or something like that. Then apply 3 to 5 coats of clear and allow to dry for like a day. Presto, done!!
not many people like it but i did it to mine and its a personal thing just take the light out of the holder and lay on floor. give it a good clean with white spirit then let it air dry and just slowly build up the layers i have never been pulled and mine are v.dark. and i know people are gonna take p out of my car but the lights are my fault but exhaust wasnt and its no longer on the car lol
