Im on 2mb broadband, £15 per month
Download speeds with good torrents i get around 150kbps, uploads around 30kbps.
Unlimited download/upload useage.
Fair Useage hours are between 6pm and 11pm mon - sun.
Had no issues port forwarding etc... so get decentish downloads.
However cant really say i would recommend them to anyone...
1. Tiscali email never really works online
2. Webspace not accessable
3. Customer service is shocking - 7 mins on wait on average.
4. (no offense meant by this) - only spoken to 1 english person in the 20 times ive called them. Im not against indian or pakistans but when your trying to explain what is wrong to someone who doesnt understand and then i cant understand them makes it very awkward.
5. Fucked me over when i moved, took about 1 month to get active. As above, everytime i was waiting to get active nothing would happen, i would ring up and they would say "just going to put a request through" this happened 4 times and eventually the last time it worked. Still they charged me for a month of useage even though i couldnt even get online. 1 person said they would refund me but that was a lie. Also unable to exit contact for free. which is probs same with most ISP's.
