I have some 172 alloys to fit on my Mk1, i have 3 that are black and one silver.
I had intended to spray the silver one to match the rest but it looks so good im now in two minds whether to spray it black or have the 3 stripped back to silver,
How easy would it be to restore the original colour or would i have to have them sprayed again?

yeh they are ph1 172's (OZ F1 Cups), I think it might look quite nice with them but never seen it done, how about asking for a photoshop of them. Have you got a pic with them on the car?

ive done a quick photoshop of them in silver and black for an example, ill post them up soon

here are both quick photoshopped pics

which one do you think looks the best?

they both look good, really up to what your favorite. Good idea Middo but that would mean stripping and spray all 4 wheels.
