switch it on?
only joking. Haveyou gone to the 'configure' bit in one of the menus see how many sats it is seeing? It needs to see a minimum of 4 sats at once to work.
Try resetting it with a paper pin in the whole at the botton. You will have to have the sat nav powered from the mains or car whilst doing this. It will have problems If it is really cloudy. Don't know if it's new but some car windows with the heat resistant layer on the winscreen (as the clio Sport does)will affect the signal and won't work mounted from some places on the wind screen.

Mines been doing this for the first 15 or so minutes of the journey.

Been doing it all week. I will try the reset button (If it has one)

pin or paper clip, and back in the day I used to synch mine with the tomtom app on the pc, it would download current sat locations to the tomtom for faster lock ons. once you've found the satellites, it should be quicker the next time.
