Hi

First off HI

Im starting to look for a second hand Clio DCI 80bhp for commuting to and from work and im wander if there are any common clio faults to look out for? Is there any common places for rust to start forming? Or any perticular electrical faults? ETC ETC....

Any thoughts or advice would be great

Are there many dci 80 owners on the forum??

If I told you the problems which can occure youd never buy one.

There excellent engines very few problems compaired to the 1.2 16V.

Rust shoulndt be an issue realy as most bits which rust are plastic. Plus the oldest one is still insides its paint warently I think so I wouldnt be to worried unless its got evidence of crash damge.

There is only 80 owner as far as I know and thats black kro.

Excellent cars 60mpg all the time it seems.

Only other problem might be rattles etc but its quite quiet real better than my parents suburu forester in my view even they said my dci is quiet on the motorrway etc and that was when they had a new Merc Eclass so thats something impressive.

How did you manges to get suspened so fast thats quite impressive?

So what are possible causes of suspension....................never heard of that.

If you break the terms and conditions you agreed to when you signed up then you can be banned. Also if you change your email address and it cannot be checked I think you are also banned until it can be proved.
